We manufactured gravity current collactor in two types of current collectors singal insulator type & two insulators types.
Material:
we use high class porcalin/ dmc / epoxy in current collactor for long life of the material ,the base is manufacture by cast iron , cast aluminum , ms casting , copper casting mixed for accuracy of amp. and the connaction of insulator to current collactor by copper flixble busbar led.
We manufacture slip rings size 5/8'' to 28'', from 1 to 28 Rings
Insulation of Epoxy, Fiber glass upto class "F" Bakelite moulded/fabricated we manufacture any type of slipring unit as per drawing / sample in short time .please provide the following detail for the slipring : 1 . motor make ,motor frame size , 2. slipring id,od, length, ring width,ring hight,epoxy moulded/ open type .
